| Richmond Art Gallery (RAG), summer day campers visit Yaletown: Yaletown, Vancouver July-August, 2011 Catherine hosted three groups during the summer of 2011, arriving from Richmond via the Canada Line train to spend the day discovering historic Yaletown sites and artifacts, as well as contemporary public art installed throughout the master-planned neighbourhood. Our explorations revealed the integration of resources built into the urban design, including: the Roundhouse Community Centre, various parks and public spaces, the seawall, mixed-use commercial and residential architecture (and housing types), and a range of transit options. |
